Where did the tradition of decorating the church lawn with lawn gnomes for weddings start?
Every wedding since I can remember, there’s been lawn gnomes all over the church lawn. Where’d this tradition start?
Please tell me where this is so that I can place the area on the list of Places I Will Never Move To.
Seriously, never heard of this "tradition" and thank goodness for it. What a completely inane way to spend a bunch of money.

I’ve never heard of that. That’s so tacky. Hahaha.

I’ve never heard of that, but if I was hosting my wedding at church I would do that! I love lawn gnomes!

There are lawn gnomes at the church? And it is a tradition?
Why wasn’t I informed?

No one does that where I am from, nor at any weddings I’ve attended elsewhere in the country. I’ve never heard of that and neither has anyone else I know.
