The person who took the gnome on holiday has made a lot of pictures in Spain, which are shown during the interview. The vacationer returned the gnome after coming back from vacation together with a CD and an explanation letter. The CD was found in the mailbox and contained all snapshots taken during the gnome’s holiday.

Someone unknown …
Someone unknown took the garden gnome from the garage of the residence in Lelystad in the Netherlands. The occupant wasn’t happy about the occurrence and therefore she contacted the police. She reported the theft because people manage to get onto their garage, which had effect on their privacy she said in the interview.
