This is your reward for kicking the crap out of the little gnome statues scattered throughout the Bully world. Jimmy looks like an idiot, no lie. Also, wearing this makes girls not wanna kiss you. Avoid this costume at all costs unless you feel like running around and kicking people’s in a gnome costume for laughs and giggles. It also goes toward your overall completion, so you might as well kick those gnomes.

the thing is a bottle rocket launcher and i think you get it somewhere in chapter 4 or 5 not quite sure. and to get the black ninja costume you have to get all yearbook photos.
