Does anyone remember a manga cartoon of fairy tales from the late 80s – early 90s on Nickelodeon?

Nobody I know can remember anything about this. I swear it was the same type of animation as the Studio Ghibli films and played around the same time as David the Gnome. Anyone remember?

Grimm’s Fairy Tale Classics.

Oh man I used to love this show! Always had a bowl of cereal and would sit and watch David the Gnome, Maya the Bee and Eureeka’s Castle..
