It wasn’t until I was well into editing that I was blown away by nostalgia overload. I was in preschool when David the Gnome first came to Nickelodeon. It was one of the shows that all of my friends watched, and we often made up and acted out our own David the Gnome adventures during recess. Ah, the good old days…

This video is dedicated to the memory of loved ones who are no longer with us.

Some Family Channel ads for The Adventures of David the Gnome, and You and Me, Kid from the late ’80s. These are from a tape on which my parents recorded episodes of Dumbo’s Circus for me.

I’m sorry for a) the quality, and b) the fact that they are not complete. I guess my mom and dad could not have anticipated that someday, their little daughter would want to archive these ads on a computer, and would want them to be full. In spite of the fact that they aren’t complete, I figured that they were worth posting, anyway.
