I remember watching a movie about a dwarf with a green thumb that could make gardens grow and stuff. It wasn’t "David the Gnome" It was a cartoon movie that didn’t get a lot of fame.
Wow, impressive that someone knew it.

I started this for an environment project for my class in Animation Technology at University of Arkansas Fort Smith.

I was only going to post the 15 second clip I did for class until I found the remix by RedSe7en. I liked it so much I decided to polish it up a little more and then render out a much longer video to match the length of the song. Autodesk Maya was used for the computer graphics and Adobe After Effects was used for compositing.

The World of David the Gnome was a children’s television series that aired from 1987 to 1995 on Nickelodeon and Nick Jr.
